About Me:
Hello there, I am an Occupational Therapist with over 18 years experience in the areas of rehabilitation, trauma, neurology, orthopedics, muscular-skeletal, intermediate care, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and mental health. Having qualified from St. Martins College, University of Lancaster in 2000 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Occupational Therapy. I am fully registered with the Health Professions Council- OT 32493 and have regular links with the Open Mind and British Association of Occupational Therapists.
I have a current enhanced DBS check.
I am currently working as a Consultant Occupational Therapy Practioner in private practice on a national level, providing full functional/physical and mental health assessments and clinical reports.
I also offer full Occupational Therapy recommendations as and when required to the appropriate authorities/agencies, clients and relevant bodies.
Previously I have worked within the NHS, Social Services and within the Private Sector. I have a wealth of experience of working with, adults and the elderly with a variety of physical disabilities and illness and mental health conditions.
More recently I have been fortunate enough to work with ex-servicemen with physical trauma and acquired psychosis and post-traumatic stress disorder.
