Some recent testimonials:
"Jillian visited my father after a severe stroke and once he was assessed she was fully instrumental in putting a full wet room facility and full kitchen adaptation in place to accommodate his needs as a wheelchair user. Her manner was highly professional, meticulous and compassionate.” (Mrs L, daughter)
"Miss Crosbie throughout her contact with my brother was able to acquire a more suitable housing facility as a result of injuries sustained after a road traffic accident. She fought hard for my brother and remained insistent and encouraging throughout. I would fully recommend her as an Occupational Therapist. My brother's quality of life is much more improved as a result of her clinical input. Thank you.” (Miss J, sister)
"Jillian assessed my autistic son at home. I was feeling anxious and quite vulnerable about the visit. As soon as Jillian walked through my door, she made us both feel instantly at ease. Within days Jillian provided a full and detailed SEND report. The outcome was very positive for my son's needs and she went above and beyond what was required to help me and my son. Her report was outstanding. I fully recommend Jillian's services as an OT and an Expert Witness." (Ms M, mother)
"following my diagnosis of a life changing illness. I effectively lost my position as a prison Governor. I could not pay my mortgage or bills. I was helpless. Ms Crosbie represented me and fought for my case. Ms Crosbie won my cause. My employment settlement was significant. She is exceptional and extraordinary as an OT, and an inspiration to her clients. Thank you". Ms. S L F
